Judie Knoerle

Judie is an independent consultant, course designer and a contract instructor for Wilson Learning Worldwide. She is the winner of the Wilson Learning Instructor Excellence Award - 1995.

Working at the executive or staff levels of organizations, Judie's 19 years of coaching and facilitation skills reflect a clear understanding of the conditions necessary for people to change behaviors. She knows how to make a workshop a safe environment in which to experiment with new skill sets. She also knows how to gently coax experienced high-level presenters toward a new technique or a more persuasive approach.

Judie has brought her Masters Degree in Educational Psychology, and 12 years in sales into play as a key note speaker for groups of physicians interested in better serving their "customers", for secretaries in a national laboratory redefining their role in the organization, and for telecommunication workers in strategic planning sessions.

Ray de Avila

Ray de Avila has spent the last 12 years in a variety of roles. His experience ranges from managing a Wilson Learning Agency to working as a contract facilitator for Wilson Learning Worldwide. Ray has managed major accounts, initiated sales opportunities, designed customized programs, served as a negotiating consultant, and coached and delivered programs in a wide range of industries and environments. He is the winner of the Wilson Learning Instructor Excellence Award - 1997.

Previous experience includes 3 ½ years as a Business Systems Group Marketing Representative for Xerox Corporation and Ray worked for three years with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Ray also served as a local sports commentator in Orange County with "Athletes In Motion" sports television. The program is an innovative sport show centered on local athletes and sporting events.
